Ashtanga Yoga: Workshop Weekend
Throughout this series of workshops the depth of Ashtanga Yoga is explored. The postures of the primary series are introduced sequentially,
one posture preparing the body for the subsequent posture. The principles of Mulah Bandha(the root lock), Dristi(the gaze) and Oujaii Pranayama(the sound
induced breath) are applied throughout the postures and vinyasa(the movements linking the postures). These workshops develop the foundation
for the Ashtanga Yoga practice. All levels of students are welcome.
