    Jennifer Haley

Jennifer Haley has been enjoying the happiness that yoga has to offer for over 10 years. She has received RYT 300 from the Ashtanga Teacher Training with Caroline Klebl and also RYT 200 from Rishikesh Yoga Peeth in Rishikesh, India.
Before teaching yoga Jennifer spend her days traveling to foreign countries, indulging in road trips, and attending Monmouth University where she studied Psychology and Biology. Jennifer had always wanted to become a doctor but after working in hospitals realized that being a doctor was more of a business than the altruistic opportunity she wanted. During this time she found yoga and instantly fell in love. Yoga offered a holistic way of healing. To learn more she traveled to Rishikesh India where she learned about yogic philosophy and Ayurvedic medicine. After coming home and gaining over 500 hour of teaching experience she needed more. This brought her to the Ashtanga Teacher Training with Caroline Klebl. Yoga has given her a true understanding of the self helping to overcome barriers and find her true purpose. Yoga has also brought clarity to see that there is a place for western and eastern philosophy on health but the knowledge on a more preventive care needed to be spread.  The choices we make today will effect our tomorrow.
A yogi who is in love with the the world and spreading the yogic lifestyle she teaches Vinyasa flow, Hatha, Yin, Power, Ashtanga, and children’s yoga. With practice, we can shed the layers of our egos to find our true selves and let our inner peace shine. Come meet me on your mat as we start on the path to internal bliss!
