Great for wheight loss. I lost 10 pounds(5 kilos). A good introduction to Ashtanga Yoga. Caroline is fully qualified to guide you through the Ashtanga Primary Series, very knowledgable in the practice showing you variations in the asanas for many body types. She is passionate about her practice and eager to pass on her knowledge. After one month in this course, I have seen the benefits of a vegetaratian diet, I came here a full blown meat eater and am leaving a vegetarian. I will be back for another 200 hours.
